Celebrate love through poetry with the Pachamama community!

Our February Monthly Gathering falls on Valentine’s Day this year, so we had to move it to the day before… This time, we decided to do something special to embrace the holiday and celebrate love. Drew Dellinger, our dear friend, poet, and author of Love Letter to the Milky Way will host an evening of poetry – your poetry!

This is your opportunity to share your poems celebrating love in a friendly and inspiring environment. Whether you create something new in the coming weeks or dust off an old favorite you’re particularly proud of, your contribution will be warmly received.

To accommodate as many people as we can, we do ask that you prepare shorter pieces for a maximum of 3 minutes of stage time. It may be possible to invite individuals on stage for a second round of readings – we’ll assess as the evening progresses.

Agenda for the evening:

1. 7:00pm: We will start with a brief update and introduction to The Pachamama Alliance.
2. 8:00-9:00pm:
Poetry open mic

But come early! Our venue, Peña Pachamama, is a South American restaurant and they'll be happy to serve dinner (no-host) starting at 6:00pm.
